Hidden Treasure Books are publishing a series of ebooks full of fold-up paper miniatures for use with role playing games or other tabletop games. At first, we're focusing on fantasy characters and monsters, but in the future we hope to add sci fi and other genres as well.

If you're looking at one of our books but unsure whether to buy it or not, why not try this free sample first? It contains four fantasy heroes: a cleric, fighter, magic-user and thief, as well as a hill giant, carnivorous ape, and a riding horse with a fold-in section so that character types can be placed inside when mounted.

The PDF file uses layers, so you don't have to waste ink printing images you don't need right away. Just turn off the layers you don't need (including the background) to save ink, especially if you want several copies of one mini.

The miniatures were created using public domain artwork as the base, and digitally modified to fit the format.
