I'm not as familiar with Dungeon World as I am with say, Dungeons and Dragons, but I have enjoyed the time I spent playing not that long ago. In that light, this book is a nice supplement to your game, if you're looking for more to do in the political and noble arenas. The NPC characters and fronts will give players some interesting new ideas to interact with. The new item tags are nice additions to the system, and are well thought out. Gear is always a tricky thing, because what is too much or not enough? The pieces added here fit a storyline along the lines of the Three Musketeers pretty well, and go with the concept of dueling. The magic items continue that trend, giving more ability to run a game set in a court environment. I'd maybe have liked to see more than one monster, but that might be the D&D player in me.
And finally, the Swashbuckler. A well balanced class build that looks like a lot of fun.
Overall, this is a great book for anyone who wants to get out of the dungeon, and into the danger that is court politics and nobility.
