Virtual Tabletop Tokens Vol 1 Fantasy

Dramascape Virtual Tabletop Tokens Volume 01

“Hmm I swear I’ve seen these faces before, but something is different...And new faces have emerged from the crowd as well.”

This product is a Fantasy VTT token pack of 150+ 300 dpi .png top downs. Many of these top downs originally appeared in Top Down Armies Dwarfs V Goblins, Humans V Orcs, and Elves V Undead with a green hex base. DramaScape friends have asked for them with a transparent base to more seamlessly integrate into their onscreen VTT maps. DramaScape listens to our fans and have done so in this pack.

In addition to these remastered top downs, there are a lot of new top downs in this pack.

A gnome and halffolk were added for small heroes in an adventuring party.

DramaScape friends requested more female top downs; so four human females were added, including a redhead knight with a one-handed axe and a second brunette barbarian with a two-handed axe by fan request, and two longbow women. Other new human additions also include two new male wizards and two new male berserkers,

Two new troll topdowns were added with a one with a rocky and one with a dirty appearance.

Four new undead topdowns include two zombies, a vampire, and a winged skeleton.

An entirely new category of 27 monster top downs were also made, many based on models used for the figure flats in Fantasy Creatures. This category includes beetles, boars, Cyclops, devils, dinosaurs, elementals, floating eyes, giants, hyenas, slugs, spiders, toad men, and treants.

The VTT is organized via category Dwarfs, Elves, Gnome, Halffolk, Humans, Monsters, Orcs, Ratmen, Trolls and Undead.

Can these tokens be used commercially in a game application?

No, I'm sorry that's not a possibility.
Although if you contact us directly, we may be able to work something out.

What I'd most want would be loose equipment (weapons, shields, packs, etc.) followed by fallen casualties (both 'human' and mounts.)

From the product description, it sounds like these tokens are only available with figure bases already included as part of the graphics. That's a shame. You should have baseless versions of the tokens, so that they can be properly used in virtual tabletops like Battlegrounds (aka BRPG), which allows you to dynamically choose the base color (ie, the base is provided by the software, not the token artwork).

The Virtual Tabletop Token packs have a blank white background. Our Top Down Armies packs have green bases but they were removed specifically for this pack.

Any chance you guys plan on doing some more Half-size folk? In this set you only have one. One of my players plays a Halfling (actually he is a mix of three races with dwarf and gnome) with the Halfling being the predominate race. Some with weapons would be cool. He wields a Scimitar, just saying.

Keep all the character suggestions coming. We'll keep them in mind for future packs.

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
